Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced and varied, and as a salesperson responsible for goods reception, you will be right where the action is! You are part of the store's management team and oversee the entire flow – from when the goods arrive until they are placed on the sales floor. You ensure everything runs smoothly, delegate tasks to others, and take responsibility for order, structure, and efficiency in goods reception. No day is the same with us. One day you receive deliveries and organize the warehouse, the next day you support the daily sales work – because regardless of the task, the customer experience is always the focus. This is a temporary position for about 2 years.

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

• Enjoy creating order and structure – it's your thing
• Are quick to absorb information and can explain it simply to others
• Have a coaching attitude and enjoy supporting your colleagues
